TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation

• Exhibitors’ participation depends upon compliance with all rules, regulations and conditions
• Stands are assigned subject to availability. The organizer reserves the right to re-arrange the stand layout or allocation at any time.
• The Organizer has the final decision as to the acceptability of displays.
• Exhibitors are not to share with others any space allotted to them without prior written consent by the Organizer.

EXHIBITION LAYOUT

The Organizer reserves the right to alter the general layout.

EXHIBITION SET UP

All exhibits must be displayed to avoid blocking aisles, adjoining booths, and damaging the premises.

Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of setting up their exhibition display (including table linen and decorations) and removal from the exhibition site.

DISTURBANCES

The exhibitor must ensure that any sound coming from their stand is kept to a volume that does not cause any annoyance to other exhibitors.

PAYMENT

Payment for the stand will fall due on approval of the application and receipt of the invoice.

EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION

Refund of exhibition money on cancellation of the stand or in the event of their failure to occupy the stand space will be at the absolute discretion of the organizer.
