Christelle Jocquet is the Resident Representative of Enabel, the Belgian development agency. Enabel implements and coordinates the international development policy of the Kingdom of Belgium. The organisation works at both national and grassroots level, supporting the government of Uganda in mainly the Health and Education sectors. Prior to her current appointment, Christelle served as Resident Representative in Bolivia for 5-years.
Ms. Jocquet boosts a wealth of experience in international development, thanks to an illustrious over 20-years career in development cooperation, in Europe, Africa and Latin America. She is passionate about the need to support private sector growth and human capital development.
