Edward possesses an MSc. Engineering from the Institute of Infrastructure Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering, Delft, The Netherlands and a BSc. Eng. (Civil) (Hons) from Makerere University, Kampala - Uganda coupled with 24 years’ work experience majorly as a consultant in the fields of project management, project planning, design, tender preparation and administration and contract management of various infrastructure projects in transportation, roads and highways, buildings, transmission line and substations and hydropower development. This is coupled with 6years in the public sector with the Uganda National Roads Authority. Edward is a PRINCE2TM Practitioner.

Edward is a married with one daughter.
