Harriet is the Director of Okwi and Partners. Prior to founding Okwi & Partners, Harriet worked as a Senior Consultant and Business Development Lead at IHS Global in Paris. During her ten-year career, Harriet has executed several consulting projects assisting corporates and government institutions to strategise and invest in the African power, oil and gas sectors.
Harriet has managed and coordinated energy research on 50 African markets. The research covered energy policy and regulation, power and petroleum product price structures, petroleum product supply and demand, energy sector infrastructure and energy market competition.
Harriet has drafted and delivered numerous client briefings and conference presentations on key trends in African oil and gas and power markets.
Harriet holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Makerere University.
