Moses is highly experienced and self-motivated specialist in Trade Facilitation, Regional Integration and Logistics with over 27 years’ progressive experience. Moses possesses national and regional experience in trade policy and trade facilitation. He was appointed on to the Presidential Investors’ Round Table where he has immensely contributed to the sectors of Trade, Transport and Logistics in the region (2019 to date). In March 2022 Moses was appointed on the Presidential Advisory Committee on Exports and Industrial Development (PACEID). Moses is the Deputy Vice Chairman on the advisory committee. PACIED is composed of the private sector and public sector institutions, PACEID provides strategic advice to the President on Key interventions that accelerate exports and industrial development. He is experienced in managing business. Moses is the Managing Director of Exxor Fuels Ltd that has a partnership with Shell/ Vivo energy to import fuel and manage downstream fuel and lubricants distribution. While in URA, he was recognized for outstanding performance with a lifetime award for excellent collaboration with URA to design trade facilitation institutions that included Automation of Customs systems and re-engineering of border processes. Moses brings proven value as a strategic advisor with over 17 years of visionary leadership at senior management level and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment with stakeholders in Government, Donors, Private Sector and civil society.
