Michael Daka is registered Civil Engineer, Adjudicator and Environmental Impact Assessor.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Infrastructure from IHE Delft, The Netherlands, a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University, Uganda and an Advanced Diploma in Hydropower Development and Use from Vattenfall Power Consultant in Stockholm Sweden.
Michael has 26 years’ work experience majorly as a consultant working on numerous physical infrastructure projects (roads, highways, bridges, buildings, hydropower, high voltage power transmission) in line with The World Bank/IFC, The African Development Bank, KfW, FIDIC, and Government of Uganda requirements.
He has worked in Uganda, Tanzania, The DRC, Zambia, and Rwanda.
Michael is the Managing Director of Proess Consulting Engineers based in Kampala – Uganda with activities across East and Southern Africa.
Michael is the Uganda Country Representative for the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina – USA
